Service staff : Were fantastic even though it was public holiday during the Spanish National Day. Fast, attentive and nice. Sunny side up : Best thing we’re the sunny side up where they put cheese inside. Most delicious eggs ever! Hash brown : not the typical crunchy potato type. It’s unique like a stuffing. Pancakes : Were really delicious, when you pour syrup all over it, pancakes absorbs everything. Very well done. Mac & cheese: Really disappointing. My partner who is American had one bite and put it aside. Bacon: Good/Normal Chicken: Smaller pieces were great. Battered beautifully. Slightly bigger pieces were quite dry on the inside. I've ordered grilled sandwich with 3 kinds of cheese, it was good but nothing special and pancake.with blueberries, that also was good but nothing special. Every dish in this place is truly amazing and super big. You need to try every sweet & salty combination. The staff is always great and kind, I can't wait to be back. Upon arrival, the hostess informed us that if a line formed at the door we would have one hour to eat.  We had been there about 45 minutes and were done but I was waiting to use the restroom when the hostess came and asked us to leave because there was a woman waiting. There were several other tables around us that were also finished and had gotten there before us and were not asked to leave. It was really quite irksome and it's the reason for only four stars. The pancakes are amazing. They are thick, rich and hold their shape and form after you drench them with syrup. The scrambled eggs were delicious and runny, which is how I love them. You don't get much bacon, maybe just one piece, and it comes in a little pile of roasted cherry tomatoes that went well with the eggs.

Maybe a little too american in that regard. I definitely had a good coma after eating here. The pancakes where good. These didn't taste like "American" pancakes. But that doesn't mean these aren't good. Fries needed some salt.
